How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping is $10 within Puerto Rico and $12 to the United States. All orders ship from Puerto Rico.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check the Track Your Order page or your account.

Can I return my press-on nails?

For hygiene reasons, press-on nail products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or worn. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

How do I choose my size?

Our sets come in multiple sizes (S, M, and L — with XS on select styles). If you are unsure, message us before ordering and we will help you find your fit.

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, our press-ons can last from several days up to about two weeks, depending on the adhesive used and your daily activities.
