We take pride in our press-on nail sets and want you to love your order. Because our products are personal-care items, the following policy applies to all purchases from Ella Salón Press On Bar.

Hygiene Policy — All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, press-on nail products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, used, or worn. This protects the health and safety of all of our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ellasalon.pl@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue along with your order number.

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund, granted at our discretion after review.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
