Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships from Puerto Rico, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

How to track

• Check your email for the shipping confirmation that contains your tracking number.
• Log in to your account and open Orders to view status and tracking.
• Use the tracking link or number on the carrier's website for the latest updates.

Have not received tracking yet?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If it has been longer than that, email us at ellasalon.pl@gmail.com with your order number and we will check on it right away.
