Return & Refund Policy

At Ella Salón Press On Bar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nail products, all sales are considered final.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any press-on nail sets that have been opened, used, worn, or altered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order could not be fulfilled by Ella Salón

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on opened or used products.

If an incorrect item was received, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom press-on nail sets are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shipping Issues

Ella Salón is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
